Each week, I thoughtfully weave together gentle yoga and meditation offerings for women who crave soft movement, soulful reflection, and genuine connection. These practices are made for you: wise women navigating life’s transitions, seeking to land more fully in your own body and heart.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or have it all together. You’re invited to come just as you are.

How to Book Your Class

Please read through all the instructions prior to booking:
​
1. Reserve Your Spot
Book your class at least 24 hours in advance using the links above.
​
2. Choose Your Payment
Select “Single Class” ($20) or your preferred Pricing Plan.
You can pay through the website, Venmo (@premajen-posner), or Zelle (prema@premaposner.com, account name: Jennifer Posner).
​
3. Look for Your Zoom Link
I’ll email you the class Zoom link before we meet.
​
4. Using a Class Package?
If you bought a 10-Class Package in 2021, your credits are now available in the system.

5. Log in with your usual email to track and use your classes -  you’ll get a reminder when it’s time to renew.
​
6. Members: How to Sign In
If you’ve purchased a Pricing Plan, click “Already a member? Login” and use your booking email. (The first time, you’ll set a password via email. Check your junk folder if you don’t see it.)
​
7. Preparing for Your Class
Before we begin, take a moment to create your sanctuary: Find a quiet spot, gather your mat/props/blanket, and set an intention to care for yourself (see below for more inspiration).

How to create a healing sanctuary in your home for classes and private sessions.

Tips for Making the Most of Your Virtual Yoga & Meditation Classes

​

1. Create Your Sanctuary:
Find a quiet, clutter-free space in your home and make it feel special. Add a meditation pillow, crystals, a candle, or a bundle of sage—anything that makes the space warm and inviting.

​

2. Set the Mood with Lighting:
Choose lighting that soothes you and matches your mood, whether it’s soft daylight or the glow of a salt lamp.

​

3. Communicate with Loved Ones:
Let your family or housemates know when your class will take place. Ask them to honor your peaceful time and give you space for your practice.

​

4. Gather Your Props:
Props help you access greater comfort and support, making your practice truly nourishing. Use them liberally for alignment, to deepen postures, or to ease off in moments that feel intense. 

 

Prema recommends having the following props available:

  • 3 blankets or towels

  • 2 bolsters or large cushions

  • 1 small cushion or folded blanket

  • 2 yoga blocks

  • Yoga mat (thicker for Yin & Restorative, regular thickness for Gentle Hatha)

5. Enhance Your Experience with Music:
Prema curates playlists on Spotify. For commercial-free listening and access to playlists, consider a Spotify membership. No account is needed to listen, but members enjoy uninterrupted music.

 

6. Practice on an Empty Stomach:
For comfort, avoid eating at least 2 hours before yoga. If you’re hungry, have just a light snack, such as fruit. Water, tea, or coffee are fine 15 minutes before class.

 

7. Honor Your Needs:
Always listen to your body and trust your intuition. If a posture doesn’t feel right, gently release and modify as needed.

 

Prema’s yoga classes help you connect with your body, not fight against it. Be sweet to yourself and stay safe. Prema is here for your questions, before, during, and after class.
