Service Description
This class is your gentle sanctuary - a space to soften your edges, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom inside you. Rooted in the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga, these sessions offer long-held, floor-based poses to stretch and hydrate your deep connective tissues, release tension, and create space in both body and heart. We begin each class with a guided meditation to ground your breath, soothe your mind, and invite you home to yourself. Guided by the principle “you are enough as you are,” you’ll be encouraged to let go of effort, befriend your experience, and notice the subtle shifts that come with stillness. Sometimes, gentle restorative postures are woven in when extra nurture is needed - always optional, always in service of your comfort and healing. This practice is especially supportive if you: • Crave nervous system calm after a stressful day or sleepless night • Feel tight, achy, or “stuck” in your body • Are grieving, depleted, or simply longing for a safe place to rest • Want to feel softer, more compassionate, and at home in your own skin Every session is trauma-informed, with options and support for all bodies. You’ll be lovingly guided, free to use props, blankets, pillows, and the wall for comfort. There’s never any pressure to push, perform, or “do it right” - the true invitation is simply to show up for yourself. Can’t attend live? No worries. Every class is recorded so you can come back to your practice whenever you need nourishment, calm, or a gentle reset. Drop in or join with a 10-Class Pass. All are welcome, always.
