Service Description
This class is a beautiful invitation to return to the roots of yoga — where body, breath, and spirit unite in harmony. Rooted in the classical tradition of Hatha Yoga, this practice is designed to help you build not only physical strength and alignment, but also emotional resilience and spiritual steadiness. Each class includes a thoughtfully guided sequence of traditional asanas (postures), calming and revitalizing pranayama (breathwork), soul-nourishing mudras, and softly chanted mantras to attune your awareness to your inner light. The pace is slow, intentional, and deeply grounding — making this class accessible to all students, regardless of experience level. You’ll be lovingly guided to listen inward, move mindfully, and explore the sacred alignment of your inner and outer world. Whether you are seeking strength, healing, or simply a return to presence, this class offers a nourishing space to reconnect with your body, breath, and the wisdom of your heart. Props are encouraged to support your body and create ease in each posture. Please have the following items ready before class: Yoga mat Two blocks Blanket Bolster (or firm pillows) Strap (or belt/scarf) Wall or chair for additional support If you are unable to attend live, a recording will be automatically sent to your email after class, so you can return to the practice at your own time.
