Service Description

In this gentle, supportive class, you’ll return to the essence of yoga: mindful movement and steady breath that nurture both your body and spirit. Designed with women 44+ in mind, each session helps you build real strength, healthy bones, and confidence moving through everyday life. What makes this class special? The pace is slow and steady, with clear guidance, modifications, and plenty of support. We’ll practice foundational postures (asanas), breathwork, soft heart-centered mudras, and moments of deep relaxation, all designed to: • Improve balance, bone health, and posture • Build gentle, sustainable strength • Release tension in joints and muscles • Calm the nervous system and center your thoughts • Strengthen the connection between body, breath, and spirit No matter your flexibility or experience, you’ll find a welcoming space to honor your body and move with the wisdom of your own rhythm. Every class ends with restful integration, so you leave feeling grounded, energized, and at peace. Props encouraged: Bring a mat, blanket, blocks, a pillow or bolster, strap (or scarf/belt), and use a wall or chair for extra support. Live and recorded: Join in real-time or receive the recording to practice anytime - your way, at your pace.
