A New Chapter—Coming Home to What Matters Most

Beloved Community,
Every so often, life invites us to pause, listen in, and gently ask, “What is truly needed now?”
Over the past year, this question has echoed in my heart. The world continues to shift, our roles and bodies evolve, and so many of us - especially women in the heart of midlife and beyond - are being called to a new kind of relationship with ourselves: one grounded not in striving, but in softness, truth, and the quiet miracle of coming home.
After many months of reflection, listening, and healing, I’ve lovingly refreshed my website and clarified my intention, not as a business move, but as a sacred act of devotion. I want every class, every story, every offering here to feel like a hand extended: “Come as you are. All of you is welcome here.”
Why the Change?
Because you, my students and kindred spirits, have shown me (in your emails, your stories, your pauses and tears after class) that what we are truly “doing” yoga and meditation for is not picture-perfect poses or spiritual jargon - but for deep, soul-level support. You want a space to let down your armor, a circle of women who get it, and practices loving enough to hold your grief, your questions, your longing for peace.
For You: Why This Matters
If you’ve found yourself craving deep rest, more meaningful connection, and the kind of support that meets you in your real life (messy hair, busy mind, tender heart… all of it), this space is for you. You deserve classes, circles, and mentorship built for this very season - a season that honors wisdom, mystery, and quiet joy.
This update is also an invitation. If you’ve drifted away (from your practice, your self-trust, or just from feeling “at home”), you can return at any time. There is no “catching up,” no needing to be anything other than who you are today.
What I Hope for You
I hope the new site feels like an embrace. I hope you see your own courage and longing reflected there. I hope the stories, the words, and the teachings remind you:
You are worthy of being supported.
You are allowed to move gently and grow at your own pace.
You belong in spaces that truly care for you.
With so much love,
Prema
P.S. If you have questions, curiosities, or a story to share, my inbox (and my heart) are open. Thank you for trusting me with your journey.
