In a world that moves fast, this class invites you to pause, soften, and finally listen to your inner wisdom. Rooted in the healing lineage of Yin Yoga, each session is a sanctuary for quieting the mind, nourishing the body, and reconnecting with your heart. We begin together with a guided meditation, helping you ground your awareness, and gently let go of the day’s weight. Next, you’ll move through long-held, floor-based postures supported by props and blankets. These shapes lovingly open your joints and fascia, soothe your nervous system, and restore your vital energy. But this is so much more than a physical practice: It’s an invitation to let go of what you’re holding - stress, old stories, or expectations - and remember that the calm and clarity you long for are already within you.
