In a world that moves fast, this practice invites you to slow down, so you can finally hear the wisdom within. Rooted in the healing principles of Yin Yoga and inspired by the loving teachings of A Course in Miracles, this class is a sanctuary for stillness, softness, and soul connection. It’s a place to let go of the mental noise, release what weighs heavily on your heart, and return to the miracle of the present moment. We begin each session with a guided meditation to ground your awareness and attune to the energy of love. From there, we move into long-held, floor-based postures supported by props—designed to gently open the body’s deeper layers of fascia, joints, and connective tissue, while nurturing the nervous system into a state of rest and renewal. But this isn’t just about the physical. This is a spiritual practice of remembering: You are not your tension. You are not your fear. You are the light behind it all. Through breath, presence, and loving awareness, you’ll begin to observe your inner landscape without judgment, allowing old emotions to surface and dissolve. This quiet courage—the willingness to sit in stillness—is what makes space for the miraculous. Each posture becomes a prayer. Each breath is a doorway back to yourself. And within the stillness, peace reveals itself—not as something to earn, but something you already are.
