Service Description
Begin Christmas morning by bringing peace, light, and healing into your body and heart. This gentle, deeply nourishing practice is an invitation to slow down, soften, and receive so that the love you cultivate within can naturally extend into your day and into time shared with those you love. Through supported postures, conscious breathing, and long moments of stillness, you can expect to feel lighter, more at ease, deeply held, and quietly restored. This is a practice of tending to your nervous system, opening the heart, and remembering the peace that lives within you. This class is accessible to all: no prior yoga experience needed. We will use plenty of props to fully support the body, allowing you to relax without strain and settle into deep comfort. Recommended props: Yoga mat Bolster or firm pillows 2โ3 blankets 2-3 Pillows 2 Yoga blocks (or large books) Eye Pillow, Mask, Washcloth, or Scarf (optional) Weighted pillow or sandbag (optional) You are encouraged to create a simple sacred space, perhaps with a candle, soft lighting, meaningful objects, or fresh flowers, so your practice feels like a true offering of care and remembrance.
